Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true, and it’s all thanks to the incredible talents and dedication of our wedding coordinator, Samantha Duncan. To say that Samantha went above and beyond is an understatement; she completely exceeded all of our expectations and made our day absolutely perfect.

From the moment we started working with Samantha, we were blown away by her warmth and friendliness. She not only listened attentively to our ideas and wishes but also offered invaluable insights and suggestions that elevated our vision for the day. Her experience and expertise were evident right from the start, making us feel confident that our wedding was in good hands. The moment we walked into our outdoor venue on our wedding day, we were utterly awestruck. Samantha had transformed it into a picture perfect vision, straight out of a Pinterest board. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the stunning rustic charm arrangements to the beautifully arranged table settings. Every corner of the tent and outdoor space was adorned with elegance and style, making it the fairytale setting we had always dreamed of. Our guests couldn’t stop taking photos, and our wedding will undoubtedly be the inspiration for countless future couples.

We decided at the last minute (1 month before the wedding) that we needed a day of wedding coordinator to help with the setup of the venue and the flow of the day. Samantha was amazing. She started off with a phone call and in person meeting to ensure she had a good idea of my vision.

She, like myself, is very detail oriented, and was able to sift through my numerous spreadsheets and documents with ease. She completed all tasks I desired, like helping with the flow of photos, ensuring payments got to vendors, and even attended our wedding rehearsal to ensure she understood the ceremony well. Samantha and her husband went above our expectations of setting up the venue according to my plans as well as ensuring all of my decor arrived safely.

Planning a wedding on a good day is extremely stressful, but when you add a global pandemic to the mix, it becomes almost unbearable. Fortunately I had Samantha to help us plan every single detail and our wedding was absolutely perfect.

Her and her team took care of everything from making the decorations to the catering. I had a slight idea of what I wanted for our special day and she took my ideas and executed them beyond expectation.

We got married on October 10th 2020 and with new Covid restrictions we were limited to only being able to have 25 people at our outdoor ceremony and we were not allowed to have a sit down dinner as we originally planned. We wanted to do a big Thanksgiving dinner for our guests at our wedding and when the new restrictions didn’t allow for us to do that, Samantha and her amazing team came up with a menu that was Thanksgiving dinner in appetizer form. They went above and beyond to give us what we envisioned while following the guidelines for Covid safety. Everyone loved the food and you could see the time and love that was put into every plate.

When my make-up artist backed out 4 days before our wedding and I was in a huge panic and thought that our wedding was ruined, an hour after I told Samantha, she had someone lined up to do a make-up trial the next day. The woman she found was phenomenal, within our budget, and even better than the woman who was originally supposed to do my make-up.

My husband and I both lost people who are very important to us and we wanted to honour them at our wedding. Samantha came up with the beautiful idea to have empty seats reserved for them. She picked up roses for us to walk down the aisle with and place on their chairs. She also gave us the idea to have a memorial table set up inside the tent and we printed pictures of all of our lost loved ones. She knew how important this was to me and she made it so special.

Her and her team made all the decorations, bouquets, boutonnieres, literally everything and they were beyond beautiful. The attention to detail was impeccable.

I’m not sure how else I can say how easy and effortless having my wedding planned by Samantha was. We literally gave her a budget, an idea of what we wanted, and she went above and beyond to give us everything we dreamed of and so much more.

I am blessed to be able to call her my best friend and I have no intention of ever planning any other event without having her by my side.
